5. Shipping and Delivery

5.3. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

5.4. You can skip a month or cancel at any time!

5.5. Pre-paid subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

5.6. Boxes that have shipped are not eligible for returns.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined in our FAQ Policy.

8. Subscription

8.1. Refined Ritual Shop offers a subscription service for the Quarterly Bespoke Refined Ritual Box. By subscribing to this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to the general Terms and Conditions outlined above.

8.2. Subscription to the Quarterly Bespoke Refined Ritual Box entitles you to receive a curated selection of ritualistic and metaphysical products delivered to your doorstep every quarter.

8.3. By subscribing to the Quarterly Bespoke Refined Ritual Box, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically for each subscription period until you cancel your subscription. 

8.4. Subscription charges will be billed at the beginning of each subscription period. The specific billing date and frequency will be provided to you at the time of subscription. 
 
8.5. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account on our website or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming subscription period.

8.6. We reserve the right to modify the contents, pricing, or availability of the Quarterly Bespoke Refined Ritual Box at any time without prior notice. 

8.7. If you choose to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be billed for subsequent subscription periods. However, no refunds or prorated credits will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period. 
 
8.8. In the event that we are unable to process the payment for your subscription, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription until the payment is successfully processed. 
 
8.9. While we strive to provide a fulfilling and satisfactory experience with the Quarterly Bespoke Refined Ritual Box, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using the products included in the box. 
 
8.10. Any promotions, discounts, or special offers applicable to the Quarterly Bespoke Refined Ritual Box will be subject to additional terms and conditions, as indicated at the time of the promotion.
