At the core of my work is something simple: helping people make thoughtful decisions about where and how they live. Homes are financial assets, yes — but they’re also deeply personal. I care about both.

I bring more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and client experience into every transaction. That background means I think strategically, prepare thoroughly, and pay close attention to how homes are positioned and negotiated. My clients often tell me the process feels calmer and more clear than they expected — and that’s exactly the point.

I earned my BA in Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth, followed by an MBA and a Master’s in Management from the College of St. Scholastica. Before real estate, I worked in corporate sales and marketing and later built my own businesses, helping people translate vision into execution. That perspective now shows up in how I guide buyers and sellers — with structure, honesty, and a steady hand.

I’m not interested in rushing decisions or creating pressure. I care about timing, preparation, and making sure choices align with both lifestyle and long-term value.

Whether I’m helping a homeowner get their property market-ready, working with someone relocating to the area, or guiding a buyer toward the right fit along the lake, my role is to help connect the dots and make the process feel manageable.

Duluth is home for a reason. My husband and I are raising our young daughter here, and my stepdaughter lives in Montana — which means travel, transitions, and long-distance logistics are part of our real life. I understand what it’s like to balance work, family, and the desire for a lifestyle that actually feels good.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me enjoying everything this area has to offer — from yoga, saunas, and snowy winter days to summer hikes, volleyball, lake time, and travel whenever we can fit it in. I love exploring new places, good food, and a great glass of cabernet — and I believe those experiences shape how we define “home.”
